The Management
To
manage a club successfully requires a dedicated team of people to
support all the aspects of
the club. There also needs to be a good working relationship between the business, welfare
and sports elements of the club. The main club committee work hard to
developing and maintaining the clubhouse facilities and all its'
associated areas; while the rugby management focus on developing the
team, ground, and players to the highest standard. This quorum of people
work tirelessly to support the
club and the team. Change is inevitable and without change there can be
no future; the management team believe wholeheartedly that they must
embrace this ethic and move the club forward at every opportunity. |
